Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-07-30
This policy is provided under Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373). It applies to consumer health data collected byLTFI Global LLC through the Lock That Fitness In app.
It applies to you if you are a Washington resident, or if your consumer health data is collected in Washington.
1. What consumer health data we collect, and why
We collect the following categories of consumer health data, and we use them only to provide the features you are using in the app:
- Body weight and measurements — to show progress over time and to calculate training load.
- Sleep duration and recovery inputs (energy, soreness) — to adjust how much training volume the app suggests.
- Nutrition intake — calories, protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, and fiber — to track against your daily targets.
- Supplement intake — what you take and when — to power your daily checklist and reminders.
- Exercise and workout records — exercises, sets, reps, weights, and effort — to show your training history and to generate future workouts.
- Data imported from Apple Health, with your permission — body mass, sleep analysis, dietary energy, protein, carbohydrates, fat, water, fiber, workouts, and step count.
We do not use consumer health data for advertising or marketing, and we do not use it to decide which products or offers you are shown.
2. Where we get it
- Directly from you, when you enter it in the app.
- From Apple Health, only if you grant permission, and read-only.
- Derived by the app from the above — for example, training load and trends calculated from your logged workouts.
3. What consumer health data we share
We share the categories listed in section 1 with our service providers only as needed to store and operate your account. We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not share it for advertising.
If you choose to turn on a public profile, the information you make public is visible to other users. That is your choice and it is off by default.
4. Who we share it with
We share consumer health data with the following categories of third parties:
- Cloud database, authentication, and file storage provider — stores your account and data.
- Automated image moderation provider — receives only an avatar image, and only if you upload one to a public profile.
LTFI Global LLC has no affiliates. No consumer health data is shared with any affiliate, because none exist.
You have the right to a list of the specific third parties with whom we have shared your consumer health data, including an active email address for each. Request it using the contact details in section 5.
5. Your rights, and how to exercise them
Under RCW 19.373.040 you have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing, or selling your consumer health data, and access that data.
- Obtain a list of all third parties and affiliates with whom we have shared or to whom we have sold your consumer health data, with an active email address or other online contact for each.
- Withdraw consent to our collection and sharing of your consumer health data.
- Delete your consumer health data.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@ltfi.global.You do not need to create an account with us to make a request. Requests are free up to twice per year.
We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend once by a further 45 days and will tell you why within the first 45 days.
When you ask us to delete your consumer health data, we delete it from our records, including from archived and backup systems, and we notify all processors and third parties to whom we have shared it.
If we deny your request
You may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing privacy@ltfi.global with the word "appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal in writing within 45 days, explaining the reasons for our decision.
